How do I know if this is right for me?

If this is bringing up some nerves, that's okay. We can set up a brief 15-minute phone call or virtual video chat where we can talk about your hesitations, and start to see if we're a good fit. If I'm unable to meet your needs, I'll provide additional referrals and resources.

Do you take insurance?

Currently, no. I can offer superbills upon request. You may be able to send these superbills to your insurance for reimbursement of therapy fees. Please confirm this with your insurance provider, as it varies.

Do I need to do anything before coming in for our first session?

When we schedule our first session, I will send you intake forms via email. Please complete these before coming in. If you have any questions about the forms, reach out to me.

When do I pay for therapy? 

Payment is due within 24 hours of the appointment time. I accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. If paying by card, I will send you an invoice via Paypal following the session. You can also set up automatic credit card payments upon request.

How much are your fees?

Each 50-minute session is $120. Couples sessions are 75 minutes and $180.

What if I need to cancel?

Please cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice by phone call, text, or email. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged 100% of the session fee.
